Job Functions
This position has responsibility for contract management starting from project handover from sales to project coordinator and finished customer approval. The base function of this position is to provide supporting and coordination service to sales section of WU and other section of Engineering Support Team of WU while keeping overall management of the contract execution. The target of this position is to lead and manage contract management team to deliver contract support service to sales team incl. risk management, contract term alignment, documents collection, outsourcing cooperation, initiating timely communication with customer, feedback to relevant stakeholders and delivery monitoring.
 
Major Tasks include, but not limited to
? Monitoring order handling and delivery
? Project documentation(documentation archiving) management
? Order follow up and performance list updating/maintenance
? Assist to go through order handling process
? Communication and coordination of all stakeholders involved in project
? Short reporting preparation for management
 
Qualification and Experience
 
? Minimum of 1 years working experience
? Bachelor

Skills and Personal Attributes
 
? Fluent written and spoken Chinese; Basic knowledge of English
? Highly computer literate – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? Honesty and integrity to uphold the Company’s values
? Good people skills and willing to work with other teams
