岗位描述:
在供应商质量经理领导下，供应商质保工程师负责管理供应商产品质量，及推动供应商的质量改进。

工作内容:
1.建立与执行供应商质量保证体系；
2.通过定期执行Q+审核，维掮供应商质量认证资格；
3.报告供应商过程审核状况，跟进不符合项之纠正与预防行动；
4.参与部件国产化，成本降低或新零部件认证的PQCS，包括：
4.1准备质量控制计划；
4.2负责样品的验证和验收标准的制定；
4.3供应商控制计划的审核；
4.4供应商生产过程的审查；
4.5跟踪从试制到批量生产的零部件质量问题。
5.根据检验数据，运用SPC方法评估供应商过程能力；
6.与相关部门一起,参与对新供应商选择，评审和提交Q+plus的审查报告；
7.处理与供应商有关的来料质量不合格项，并推动供应商提交改善报告；
8.负责跟踪和解决FTB反馈的与供应商有关的质量问题。
9.参加ACE活动；
10.严格遵守和执行OTIS公司的EHS政策法规和公司内部的安全规程，以及当地政府的政策法规，要积极支持和参与EHS活动。


资质要求:
1.学历：大学工科专业毕业
2.工作经验：至少具有三年的供应商质量管理工作经验；最好是电梯行业
3.基本技能：良好的问题分析与解决能力
4.语言能力：良好中、英文阅读及口语能力
5.计算机水平：掌握Windows, Ms Offices 和数据库软件知识
6.其它主要资质：具备统计学分析问题能力


Primary Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement supplier quality assurance system.
2.Maintain the qualification of suppliers by periodically auditing and evaluating the supplier per Q+ system.
3.Report the supplier audit result, and follow up the corrective and preventive actions to the nonconforming findings.
4.Participate in PQCS of the part localization, cost reduction of part or new parts related to supplier, including：
4.1Preparing Quality Control Plan
4.2Validating the sample and establishing the sample Inspection standard
4.3Confirming the supplier control plan
4.4Confirming the supplier’s production process
4.5Following up the quality problem related to supplier from prototype to production
5.Handle and dispose the MRBs related with materials, and drive improvement actions from suppliers.
6.Base on the inspection data, using SPC to evaluate the supplier process capability.
7.Participate in the qualification of new supplier with relative department and provide the Q-plus audit report.
8.Follow up the actions taken for FTB/AMT related to suppliers;
9.Participate in ACE activities or events. ACE level should be Associate.
10.Compliance with EHS policy and standards of Otis, EHS rules of company and local EHS policy and rules, actively support and participate in EHS activity.

Required Qualifications:
Education: University Degree in Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in supplier quality control, preferably in elevator industry
Skills: Good at problem analysis, problem-solving and SPC tool.
Language: Good in both Chinese and English reading and speaking
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Windows, Ms Offices and database software
Other Key Competencies: Statistical analysis skill.
