Major Function
1 Be responsible for sanitary new products development
2 Advanced development to bring innovation idea to strengthen our product line
3 Drive cost reduction with keep same level in quality
4 Drive quality continuous improvement, like regular post-launch audit
5 Supplier validation with Sourcing / SQE team
6 Competitors’ products benchmark, to drive Kohler product more competitive
7 Support Mkt. team to define NPS plan
8 Support Manufacturing plant for new product implementation Foshan/Zibo/Thailand/EMEA by business travel
9 NPD implementation under balance of Quality/Time/Cost

Major Requirement
1 At least working experience for 3 years in NPD
2 Good in English reading, writing is preferred
3 Strong communication with other teams
4 More passion, open idea, anti-pressure and self-confidence
5 Either of field experience in Seats, In-wall tank, tank trims, plastic/rubber/metal, finishing etc… product is preferred
6 Be familiar with Pro/e Creo, AutoCAD software
7 Be familiar with Microsoft office software, like Excel, PPT
8 Have supplier sourcing experience
9 Understand plastic injection, metal stamping/die-casting mold design / process is preferred
10 Project management skills is required

Relationships and Contacts
1. Supervisory Relationships:
Directly report to: Manager – Product engineering, Tank Trim & Seat
2. Organization Relationships:
Frequent contact with Purchasing, Quality, Mkt. ( China & AP ), Supply Chain, KTS
External Business Relationships
External contacts with Suppliers

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical background
