Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
1. SAP system handling for outbound E-commerce shipment
2. Follow up execute OM’s requirement on shipping status.
3. Coordinate with Transportation team for shipping schedule
4. Daily shipment handover to Transportation
5. Random check for quality assurance of shipping package and generate checking report
6. Monitor and control unit of measure conversion
7. Reconcile E-commerce stock item between SAP and 3PL WMS
8. E-tong system warehouse outbound shipment input to generate shipping report and align with transportation tracking
9. Complaint record, follow up and feedback
10. Follow up with complaint and corrective action
11. E-commerce shipping record keep in file
12. Participate E-commerce project and other initiative with customer service, purchasing and planning
13. Follow up with the instruction from supervisor.



Educational Qualifications:
？ College degree on Science.


Experience Qualifications:
1. Work in Logistics field esp.warehousing and distributionfor more than 2 years.
2. Experience in Ecommerce business
3. Be good at coordination with related party.
4. Good written and oral communication for both English and Chinese
5. Proficient with ERP system such as SAP, MS Office, Access
6. Work hard and willing to receive the challenge job
