Main tasks:
1. Cash payment and receipt, including local currency and foreign currency.
2. Record daily cash journal, and make sure physical balances of cash and bank deposit are consistent with manual books, accounting system and bank account statements.
3. Keep Finance Manager updated with the cash status; prepare cash position report and other reports to reflect the fund movement status and bank account balance on time.
4. Register information in time in SAFE website for all down-payment contracts, delay payment contracts and delay collection etc. to meet SAFE's requirements.
5. Together with other members of accounting team to do the monthly and yearly closing;
6. Prepare statistics report to local statistic bureau, finance bureau and other authorities;
7. Other duties assigned by Finance manager.
Requirements:
1.Above college degree in Accounting, Financial field related.
2.Familiar with bank daily operations and procedures
3.Familiar with financial software related
4.Familiar with SAFE's policy and foreign currency payment&receipt process,
5.Knowledge of SAFE's report system and E-port online payment system.
6.Skillful in the Office software, eg Excel, Word etc.
7.CET4 English level is required.
8.Possess Accounting Certification.
9.At least 2 years working experience related in Manufacturing Enterprise in the field of cashier.
10.Self-motivated and a good organizer and team player.
