Key Areas of Responsibility:
主要工作职责
ü Drives online presence in Greater China for Business Group (BG) Personal Care by
• Developing the right assets to support the online presence of our portfolio
• Owning online asset development process from understanding shopper insights, customer requirements, briefing agencies, to timely on quality delivery to Commercial Organization
• Driving online excellence by managing structured review process of online excellence and implementing improvements where required
• Owning budgets for online asset creation
• Managing Digital Asset Manager
ü Owns implementation of Digital Propositions in Greater China market by
• Being key point of contact for Consumer Marketing, Digital Innovation teams
• Leading development of China infrastructure / alliances required to roll out Digital Propositions in China (within Greater China digital framework)
• Co-developing Consumer Insights underpinning digital innovation (together with Consumer Marketing)
ü Supports Consumer- and Customer Marketing in developing continuous online buzz (‘always on’) programs
ü Collaborates with BG Marcom and Commercial Organization marketing teams to support digital marketing programs
ü Supports Commercial Organization Greater China in developing Personal Care relevant CRM programs
Job Requirements & Skills

• Competency and Skills 能力和技能
o Candidate with 5+ year of solid experience in Digital Marketing on a top tier international brand
o 5+ years of track record in marketing - and/or product management for top-tier multinational company also required
o Knows and understands the China market as well as how to perform in globally organized matrix organizations
o Experience in creating impactful (online) marketing activities
o Project management experience
o Outstanding interpersonal and team management skills
o Masters degree from top tier university
o International working or study erperience preferred
o Fluent in Chinese and English; mainland Chinese background
• Travel Frequency出差频率 <25%
