岗位职责：
1.负责人力资源总监的日常活动安排，例如联络协调，制作演示文档以及安排会议；
2.负责人力资源总监的差旅安排；
3.文档整理和翻译，数据录入及基本分析
4.协助收集和发送月度报表的相关文件

5.协助组织部门及公司内部的会议及相关活动

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- 3 years of Secretary experience in multinational companies
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English
- Good Computer Skills (MS Office)

Major Responsibilities:
- Daily secretarial routine for HR Director, such as handling correspondence, making presentation and arranging meeting
- Traveling arrangement for HR Director
- Documents filing and translation, Data Input and Basic Analysis
- Assistance in collecting & sending relevant materials for monthly reports

- Assistance in organizing department and company meetings and activities
