Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of Recruiting AD and update the JD with managers new request.
2. Recruiting channels Maintenance& development;
3. Arrange the process of interview, including CV selection/Interview arrangement/Interview
4. Communicate with candidates for offer issures, follow up the offer signment process.
5. Update the data in the recruitment report and check with the budget.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above with excellent skills in both written& spoken English;
2. At least 2 years of recruiting experience and able to work under pressure.
3. Candidates with knowledge of certification industry would be preferred.
4. Organized and good communication skills.

Job Description
Interview Logistics Arrangements .Make pre- and post-interview logistics arrangements
Arrange advertisement placement
* Set up interview calendar
* Direct and coach candidates to update personal details on HRM
* Prepare documentation and make logistics arrangements for mass hiring
Candidate Database Management
Administer and update candidate database to ensure timely and accurate records are maintained for retrieval
* Enter and update candidate records in the HRMS database
* Manage Careers Mail Box applications
Hiring Documentation
Prepare employment documentation
* Conduct pre-employment reference checks
* Prepare employment contracts
* Prepare transfer, extend employment and retirement letters
Others
* To support and closely collaborate with the HRM in the implementation of various processes and tasks
* To support the function by ensuring smooth operation of versatile administrative tasks and processes
* Projects or other tasks assigned
Job Requirement:
* University graduated
* At least three years working experience in HR area, including minimum two years in Recruitment in MNC or Headhunter firm
* Fluent in English and Mandarin
* Strong communication and interpersonal skill with good command of verbal and written English
* Good team player, self- initiative, possesses integrity
