职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 及时处理经理分派的日常投诉案件，记录投诉案件并制作相关投诉报告。Handle the client complaint cases assigned by call center manager, make the complaint reports and keep the records.
2. 对各类投诉进行合理地分析，提供给管理者有效地改进建议。Carries on reasonable analysis to different type of complaints, provides improvement suggestions with data analysis effectively to the management team.
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，有投诉相关工作经验者优先 College degree, complaint handling experience preferred. 2. 流利地中英文听、说、读、写能力。Fluency in written and oral English.
3. 熟练使用Office软件：Word，Excel，PPT，Visio，尤其擅长Excel中的各项函数使用。 Excellent for office software usage, eg: Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, especially good at the various functions in Excel.
4. 个性温和，具有良好的心态，做事细心踏实；易沟通，有团队合作精神，注重细节，抗压能力强。Gentle, tempered with a good attitude, careful and practical; Easy going, team player, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
5. 具有汽车类背景及有投诉处理工作经验优先。Background in mechanics or have rich complaint handling experience is better.
