Job Responsibility:

? Source service/ products/ suppliers to cooperate & develop with JV

? Prepare tendering documents & organize tender offers

? Evaluate suppliers qualification, capacity, & capabilities

? Review & negotiate costs with suppliers, costs benchmark & comparison

? Contracts negotiation with suppliers, & avoid potential contracts risks (for legal review)

? Regional sourcing & Regional supports

? Brief & guide suppliers clearly of JV requirements & plans

? Stores' visiting, on site inspecting, & spot issues if any

? Chase suppliers for solutions if any issues occurred & follow up corrective actions

? Arrange regular recap meetings with suppliers & maintain suppliers' relationship

? Record suppliers' scorecards, & measure suppliers based on performance

? Maintain & update suppliers' database, such as suppliers' list, back up suppliers by categories

? Closely review suppliers' pricings, contracts, cerficates & licensing, etc

? Constant search on the markets, source better products, & recommend better suppliers

? Streamline procurement process & implement

? Keep posted of governmental sourcing regulations & industry policies

Job Requirement:

? Sensitive to figures/ data & analyze

? Responsible & honest

? Used to work with other departments, such as construction.

? Experience in procurement (preference: non food purchasing)

? Experience in regional procurement

? Experience in retail/ catering industry

? Microsoft software (i.e. word, excel)

? English skills (read, write, & speak)

? Negotiation skills

? Can work overtime

? Team work, People focused
