Mission:

- Be responsible for production arrangement according to production schedule which issued by logistics dept.
- Assure the process to follow all standards from CNC technical dept.
- Assure production quality to meet the requirement of customer.
- Be responsible for tool room management.

Responsibility:

A. Arrange production according to production schedule which issued by logistics dept.
- Be responsible for production arrangement in CNC cell according to the production schedule, and assure to

accomplish the schedule on time.

- Be responsible for work order release and follow up. And also can change over in time when schedule adjusted

B. Assure the process to follow all standards from CNC technical dept.
- Provide training and discipline to all the operators based on the drawing, technical specification and the

company standard, and assure all of them are followed;
- Must have plant tour frequently to assure the process implementation.

C. Assure production quality to meet the requirement of customer.
- Coordinate with quality dept. to provide on-line gauges training to all the operators and ensure them to

follow it.Here the discipline is necessary.
- Assure all of daily maintenance plan are implemented very well.
- Report all the machining scraps to CNC engineering team for analysis and improvement.
- Assure all of operators to follow the work instruction.

D. Be responsible for tool room management.
- Maintain the tool room management, push this team follow all regulations and standard.

- Assure daily maintenance plan of presetting machine.
- Control the consumables cost, especially the consumption of inserts.
- Monitor the spare parts of machines management.

D. 6S
- Assure all operators followed safety rules and regulations assigned from top management team.
- Be responsible for 5S in CNC area.

Consequently in the course of 2008 CHS is born, a production plant in the new industrial district of Shanghai in the Pudong Kangiao territory. Casappa has now committed itself to China by starting a local production with the same quality standards of the Italian plant: roughly 6000 square meters covered and equipped with the experience derived from over fifty years of activity in hydraulics. State of the art machining, assembling, testing, painting, before and after sales full assistance, thanks to local staff well trained and supported.

An operation with 100 employees well suited to offer high quality products in conjunction with a sales staff capable to take advantage of new opportunities and to provide technical support to our customers.
