任职要求：

1、纺织、服装设计专业优先；

2、三年以上一线奢侈品牌女装本岗位工作经验；

3、专业、热爱服装行业、思维活跃，有创意和强烈的事业心；

4、能够把握国际一线品牌流行趋势，具有较强的时尚感和创造力；

5、对欧洲面料特质熟悉、对市场有深入的了解；

6、懂外语者优先。

岗位职责：

1、熟悉高端女装优质面料的甄选及最新面料市场流行趋势（流行主题、流行色）；

2、依据公司品牌定位及品质要求，参加面料展，开发面料厂家，生产周期订量、面料特性及有关技术参数（包括成份、门幅、克重、密度、缩水率、色牢度、手感等）；

3、寻找和提供季节开发产品款式的打样面料，为季节性产品开发做准备；

4、严格选择合格良好的面料，保证服装检测达到国际标准；

5、进行色卡的制作、跟踪、核对工作，整理色卡资料与色卡制作厂家形成良好沟通；

6、品质把控。
