Objectives & Measurement
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities: 主要工作职责：
Audit employee reimbursement 审核员工报销
Handle daily bank and petty cash payment and voucher in ERP 处理日常银行和零用现金付款，并在EPR中编制凭证
Declare Foreign Transaction to SAFE 向外管局申报外汇交易
Cash flow management and forecast reporting 资金管理和预测报告
Prepare the employee allowance monthly report to HR manager 向人力资源经理提供员工补贴月报
Conduct T&E policy training to all employee 向所有员工进行差旅报销政策培训
Accounting voucher filing 会计凭证归档
Other related finance and accounting activities or ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager 其他财务与会计相关的工作或者由经理临时分配的任务

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications 职位要求
Bachelor degree in finance & accounting or equivalent. 本科学历，财务、会计或相关专业
2 years working experience in a product manufacturing environment 生产制造业2年工作经验
Well knowledge and practice in accounting 良好的会计知识和实践能力
Careful, patient and detail oriented 仔细的、有耐心的、注重细节
Good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通和人际交往技巧
Good command of English both verbally and in writing 良好的英语口头和书面能力
Able to work in a high pressure environment 能够在高压环境下工作
