BASIC FUNCTIONS 工作责任
- Cooperate with marketing and outsourcing company to make sales and project plan for ecom platforms to meet sales target and improve brand awareness according to marketing and sales strategy. 根据公司的市场和销售策略,与市场部及第三方公司合作,设计电商平台整体运营和重点项目计划,达成生意目标,提高品牌知名度。
- Make promotion plan and activities, increase the click rate, uv and conversion rate of stores and complete the sales and operation targets. 组织策划推广计划、促销活动,提高店铺点击率、浏览IP量和转化率,完成各项销售指标和运营指标。
- Collect and analyze data to learn consumers ‘demands, optimize product assortment, improve shopping experience so as to increase pv and uv. 通过数据采集和分析采集并分析用户的需求,改善产品组合和顾客体验,从而提高店铺的访问量和浏览量
- Make and adjust advertising strategy, monitor the competitor, optimize, adjust and analyze the effects and advertising slogan 制定并及时调整广告投放策略、竞争对手监测,对投放效果、关键词及广告语进行优化、调整和分析。
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 能力需求:
- At least 3- year working experience in e-Com marketing, have profound knowledge and insight on ecommerce and digital marketing. 至少3年以上电子商务市场的工作经验, 对互联网与电子商务及数字媒体有深入的了解和透彻的认识和预见
- Have actual operation experience on website promotion; well use all promotion and analysis tools. 具有网站推广的实际操作经验,熟练使用各种推广和分析工具。
- Have good communication skills and ability to analyze and deal with problems
