职位描述

This regional sales supervisor will take care of Golf / Cycling / Snow and Outdoor/ Sporting goods accounts in east and south region.

BASIC FUNCTIONS
- Achieve assigned sales target by month in region
- Forecast, budget and set targets for each accounts, by category by month (done quarterly)
- Monitor, track and analyze sales trends
- Travel extensively to ensure assigned store visit frequency by store segmentation to deliver in-store training /VM /sale thru assistance and order replenishment
- Ensure new doors expansion rate and sustainable business growth in comparable doors
- Ensure the timely release of new product and future orders so as to maximize sales at launch
- Monitor and analyze sell-through data (through the cooperation of the accounts) so as to accurately forecast orders for key products and best sellers , increase the weight of future order
- Constant interaction with all departments of the business, i.e. Product Managers, finance, Marketing & Trade Marketing & Digital Marketing, Sports Marketing, Operation, Legal etc.
- Work with each Product Manager and train manager in order to maintain a level of product knowledge, an understanding of the brand strategy and gather all relevant info so as to relay such details onto the Key Accounts and doors.
- Compare these orders to prior year’s sales/purchases and the assigned targets for the proposed season
- Intelligence collection from competitors and KAs

SALES REPORTS
- Ensure that all sales related reports are completed and forwarded to sr. national sports channel sales manager on a daily / bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Compile and complete forecast/budget reports (bi-weekly/monthly/ quarterly/yearly)
- Adhere to and maintain all travel budget expenses through monthly tracking and monitoring (travel, sales promo, etc).
- Reports are required on occasions where the Product Managers, Sales Analyst and other management staff need feedback for analytical purposes

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the accounts with Event Planning through the coordination of the resources available at HQ. (Marketing, channel marketing, Sports marketing, etc.)
- The completion of “special projects” is also required by the sr. national sports channel sales manager ex. Sales Conferences, Brand Manager Meetings, Operating Plans, Tradeshows and Workshop with accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 5 years related sports channel or FMCG experience.
- Degree or equivalent from a 4-year college.
- Sales & training experience and background.
- Intermediate ability in Finance and market analysis.
- Available for extensive business travel (60%)
- Time management capability
- English in writing, reading and speaking
