Mobile App Test Leader (To Harman, vendor position)

Essential Responsibilities:

? Be responsible for leading the mobile app (iOS&Android) software testing for Connected home and Smart audio products
? Work closely with software project leader to develop SCMP, SQAP.
? Work closely with developer and quality team to reproduce and analysis bug.
? Report software test status, and provides feedback on requirement, test spec and software quality.
? To control in-phase software quality and drive software maturity
? Improve software development and test process
? People manage and coach for software test








Basic Qualifications:


? Bachelor degree or above majored in EE/CS
? 5+ Mobile App (iOS/Android) software testing and SCM experience
? 3+ experience on Test leader and test process management
? Skillful of various app testing tools, and hands-on experience on coding/debugging/testing
? Familiar with Agile/Scrum process
? Testing and quality control experience on audio and video projects is preferred
? Strong capability in design test plan, design test case, executes test, data analysis and report
? Knowledge on iOS and Android system
? Fluently both in written and oral English and able to use English as working language
