What are my responsibilities?
- Lead and manage the team of Field Application Supervisors/Specialists, maintain high levels of teamwork inside the team and with partners, in particular with the Area Sales Team - Quickly deliver service as needed, closing out customer complaints or escalating if necessary, work with the team at customer sites as needed
- Competence and qualification management of the Regional Application Supervisors/ Specialists team, including developing, planning and monitoring of continuous internal education.
- Support development of Application Services as a business
- Recruit, coach, and motivate the team. Plan resources to respect current and future customer training and customer service, optimizing productivity for the area.
- Manage Application delivery operations, i.e. scheduling in close cooperation with USC, dispatching, and reporting.
- Ensure transparency on Application activities: financial performance, process performance
- Drive continuous process efficiency improvements in order to improve productivity while ensuring customer satisfaction internal and external
- Ensure smooth and efficient communication between local Sales, Application team and technical service
- Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare.
- Troubleshooting and resolving of complex problems within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- University degree, preferred in Medical or natural sciences, at least 5 years adequate job experience and knowledge of sales and competition in the market, medical diagnostic experience is preferred.
- The ability to use different communication methods both remotely and face to face
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal and good teamwork
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expert knowledge of Excel
- A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
- Good experience in marketing within diagnostics industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications and advantages. Adequate marketing experience and proven success record
- Strong cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure. Ambition and enthusiasm for business growth. Take ownership and high integrity.
- Good language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversified international and domestic backgrounds.
