职位描述
Job Description:
1. Process and monitor accounting transactions in accordance with process designed and/or concept and service levels defined.
2. Prepare and analyze/review financial statements to make sure the compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and China Accounting Standards and other China local regulations.
3. Provide financial statements and other finance related reports to local authorities.
4. Coordinate annual audit and complete annual filing on time.
5. Coordinate or participant internal audit or SOX testing.
6. Proactively perform preventive quality controls and to take corrective actions when errors occur in order to make sure the compliance with IFRS and China Accounting Standards.
7. Involve in projects/tasks to achieve designed goals and process improvement.
8. Be sensitive on the changes related to business operation and finance and accounting, proactively evaluate the impact and make necessary process change, provide guidance to other teams if needed.
9. Review priorities with supervisor. Be accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Be responsible for contribution to teamwork.
Qualification:
1. Typically 2-3 years directly related experience or overall professional experience
2. Familiar with US GAAP, IFRS and China Accounting Standard
3. Good English command, both in oral and written
4. Excellent interpersonal skill: high integrity, confidence and self-motivated
5. Good communication skill, ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence on decision making
6. Skill in problem solving and decision making, strong in analysis
7. Ability to work under great pressure, can manage multiple task at the same time
8. Teamwork spirit and result focused
9. Prefer ERP system experience
10. Experience of working in accounting firm as auditor is a plus

3. Familiar with China accounting standards and IFRS
4. Experience working in accounting firm is preferred
