岗位职责：

1. 公司内部事务 (Internal business)：
1） 日常考勤与休假管理 (time administration)；
2） E-HR人事信息维护 (maintenance of E-HR system)；
3） 公司内部及对德人员数据库更新 (update of internal databases for employees)；
4） 工作居住证办理 (application for working and residence permit)；
5） 管理员工人事关系变更及相关统计工作 (Implement employee enrolment, demission and transfer according to the process and related tasks)
6） 日常费用报销 (HR Expenses reimbursement)；
7） 辅助部门的其他日常工作 (other supportive tasks)。

2. 与FESCO对接的相关事务 (external business, acting as the hub to FESCO)：
1) 员工入离职委托手续的办理 (to assist with on board and leave process with FESCO)；
2) 员工社保和公积金相关事宜 (manage the social benefit)；
3) 员工补医保报销 (manage supplementary benefits)；
4) 员工生育保险及生育/晚育津贴申领 (deal with birth allowance) ；
5) 员工档案调转 (deal with employees' archives)；
6) 其他与FESCO对接的事务 (other necessary tasks)。



任职要求：

1. 人力资源相关专业者优先考虑 (major in human resources or related is prioritized )。

2. 1年及以上人事相关工作经验者优先考虑 (Around 1 year HR working experience is preferable)；

3.熟悉社保公积金现行政策及具体的操作流程者优先考虑 (familiar with current social insurance policies is preferable)；
