Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
l Local documentation and Cash Management service
1) VAT Invoice purchasing and issuing, data reconciliation between tax system and SAP
2) Prepare treasury report and manage cash on hand
3) Manage bank guarantee, bank draft and bank documents
4) Manage company documents
5) State and local tax filling (monthly, quarterly, yearly ) , reviewing and other issues relevant to tax.
l Order to Cash Accounting Service
1) Administrate and update credit limits of customers and order release.
2) Maintaining customer master data
3) Executing dunning activities
4) Manage reconciliation with all customers
5) Incoming payment bookkeeping and clearing
6) A/R reporting
7) Internal control binder
8) Storage fee and Overdue Interest charging
l Accounts Payable Accounting Service
1) Invoice Receipt and invoice verification , and make payments.
2) Claim management and payment
3) PO financial clearing
4) Creation of payment proposal list, reconciliation of outgoing payments, execute payments runs and transfer payment run files to the bank
5) Internal control binder
6) Maintaining Vendor master data
l Financial Reporting service
1) Monthly reporting MAC
l Production Accounting service
1) Assets Management
2) Production Cost Reporting
3) Other production accounting service

Qualification and Experience
 
l Degree holder in Accountancy from a recognized university in or outside China.
l Minimum 3 years in Finance Administration preferably in International Company.
l Good command in oral and written Chinese & English.
l Be good at making finance reports.
l Familiar with financial analytical, especially those trading related modules.
l Be good at office tools.
l Experience in SAP is required.
l Production accounting experience.
