职位描述

1. PURPOSE
• Lead product marketing, trade marketing, online marketing annual strategy and quarterly action plans (strategies of portfolio, channel, communication) .
• Build responsible categories’ communication strategy with integrated marketing plan
• Work with CMM and RD team to develop new products and marcom assets to drive business excellence through effective go to market strategy and implementation
• Responsible for KPIs, in terms of sales turnover, A&P management, inventory management, and also achieve other financial indicators, including IGM, ISM, etc.

2. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports to Commercial Leader, Povos Commercial
External: BTL, online and PR/media agencies
Internal: CMM, PM, TSM, Online marketing, Finance Controller, Sales, SCM, KAM etc

3. KEY AREA of RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build responsible categories’ communication strategy with integrated marketing plan
• Work with CMM and other functions to develop new products and Marcom assets, drive business and marketing activities
• Develop marketing strategy & Marcom plan for offline, online, TVS and L&I implementation
• To drive business accelerate growth in China, in terms of sales turnover, brand position , market share ,etc, and also achieve other financial indicators .
• Determine coming goods and inventory , to have a good phase-in and out plan and make sure a reasonable inventory level
• To drive business acceleration to achieve the KPIs, in terms of sales turnover, A&P management, inventory management, IGM, ISM, etc.
• Develop counter/booth/shelf space/merchandising guidelines, monitor the designs, implementation and quality according to guideline

4. MAJOR CHALLENGES
• Understand consumer and shopper insights
• Understand market trend with profound product knowledge to build up strong product position
• Understand integrated marketing communication and online marketing techtiques
• Drive business to achieve KPIs on time with high quality
• Drive sell-out growth effectively for online channels and key accounts channels

5. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• University graduates or above
• 5-7 years experiences in marketing management and product management field in a multi-national consumer goods company.
• Strong leadership and strong integrated marketing and online marketing capabilities
• Ability to interface effectively with other resources
• Good English command
Results oriented , Self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic circumstanc
