Project Coordinator- Online Solutions
In this junior position based in Shanghai Xuhui District and reporting to our Global Planning Manager, you are mainly tasked to:
? Be the link between Business needs and online solutions
? Coordinate between Sales/Project Managers/Senior Managers and IT teams, both internally and externally
? Supervise the help desk Support Assistant and resolve daily issues in a timely manner
? Proactively bring long term solutions: identified website developments and process development
? Be responsible for the timely delivery of the developments, for both operational needs and for our clients
? Keep record of implementations and costs
? Maintain the overall production environment and ensure user’s compliance to our standard procedures
? Maintain, develop and communicate documentation of support, processes and procedures
? Perform other duties as assigned
You bring to this position:
? Degree in computer science or related technology, or related work experience
? 3 years working experience in a technical support role or project management/coordination related to technology
? Basic Knowledge of html, JavaScript, SQL/My SQL Queries is a plus
? Demonstrate clear, effective and readily understood verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience under foreign management is preferred
? Ability to work with end users and troubleshoot issues in a courteous manner
? Ability to understand end user workflow
? Ability to execute complex tasks through organization and driven approach
