岗位职责：
? 带领PE小组推动过程改进；
? 优化工艺过程提高质量和生产率 ；
? 制定各工序的工艺参数；
? 协助供应链开发和整合供应商；
? 及时解决工艺问题提高生产和质量；
? 及时更新SOP中的工艺参数和审核过程条件；
? 为相关员工提供PE培训；
? 对现有的工艺和机器局限性提供清楚的信息；
? 对工程单进行回顾和提供足够的工艺指令。

入职要求：
? 8年以上印刷经验；
? 对印前/印刷/包装后道加工工艺有良好理解；
? 大学本科；
? 熟悉印刷业务及质量标准；
? 有客户意识和良好的沟通及演示技巧；
? 英语流利。
