工作职责
1.、考勤资料及信息的收集、录入、核对、整理和归档；
2、员工的商业保险事宜的办理；
3、外国人或港澳台人员就业许可证登记及备案、外来从业人员的居住证的办理与更新；
4、公司日常事务的管理和综合服务工作，如办公设施问题、与供应商或物业联系、更新供应商列表等；
5、公司相关证件的变更、延期等相关事宜的办理；
6、公司办公用品和办公易耗品的采购管理工作；
7、公司各项规章制度的推行、执行与追综；
8、上级交办的其他临时工作。

任职资格
1. 行政管理相关专业大专以上学历
2. 三年以上相关工作经验，有人事行政工作经历者优先。
3. 工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力
4. 熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识
5. 有良好的职业道德和敬业精神。
