职位描述

Objectives & Measurement
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:
? Provide monthly management reporting; review and conduct monthly variance analysis on Profit and Loss Statements; preparation of the monthly operational report; provide business leaders with regular sales updates and follow up on any variances in a timely manner
? Lead in the budget planning cycle by working with the business leaders to develop key assumptions and reflecting all the factors/assumptions in the budget/forecast; Tracking performance of business against budget and provide timely and relevant feedback on potential risks and opportunities to management
? Develop long-term operating plan and short term outlook for P&L and capital performance of the business
? Worked with business leaders to drive processes for improving team productivity and analysis
? Support business cost driver in cost reduction activities
? Ensure adherence of customer billings to appropriate accounting policies; support credit control on collection issues; Ensure internal and external compliance for financial and business processes
? Drive processes and initiatives for operation excellence on the finance and reporting side of the business, at both regional and office levels
? Provide direct and indirect supervision to subordinate managers and employees performing diverse roles
? Other work assigned by Regional Fin director and business GM

Education and/or Experience:
? Bachelor in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
? At least 8 years’ working experience in Finance; experience in Manufacturing and rich experience in Costing/FP&A is preferred
? Strong numeric and analytical skills
? Solid management skills
? Familiar with ERP/SAP
? Ability to communicate spoken and written information concisely and logically.
? Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence.
? Ability to effectively plan and organize own work.
? Good at written and spoken English
? Ability to take on a broad spectrum of work under pressure and to deliver in agreed timescales
? Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion

Language Skills:
Good Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups.

Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiar with ERP/SAP
