Purpose:

Support the Marketing Communication lead of Philips Consumer Luminaires Growth Markets, BG Home in the development and implementing and the realization of the marketing deliverables for existing and future products as identified in the annual Marketing communication plan.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

· Supports Marketing Communication lead in the realization of the marketing deliverables outlined in the annual Marketing communication plan.

· Collaborates with respective Marketing Communication teams within Consumer Luminaires Growth Markets and APAC regional on campaign deliverables and regional go to market product communication/activation materials.

· Guideline keeper for Branded Retail and Mass Retail in store executions, gate keeper to market implementation

· Works with Product Marketing management team for product communication support /contents deliverables for respective launch windows and takes care of on time availability of materials for optimal market introduction/activation in markets.

· Manages 3^rd party suppliers /agencies. Prepares briefing documents to external partners for projects relevant to key area of responsibility.

· Responsible for organizing Marketing Communication support for product release windows, update Marketing Communication toolkits for the release decks.

· Work with and support other specialists within Marketing Communication team on ad hoc projects and deliverables when required.

Capabilities Required:

• University Degree or above

• Minimum 5 year experience in a 4A agency or large international company, relevant experience in fast moving goods or consumer electronics industry is preferred

• Deep understanding of Marketing communication, online environment/platforms

• Fluent copy writing skills in English and Chinese

• Proven track record in marketing communication projects

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Graphics design software and ability to edit basic artwork is a plus

• Knowledge in video and print production a plus
