Operations Executive / Operations Assistant

JOB MISSION
To operate within the Retail Team, reporting directly to the Retail Operations Director, responsible for commercial coordination , administrative and commercial procedures follow up for the assigned region.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1 In coordination with Finance and Planning, implementation of adequate reporting tools in order to follow up sales activity;

2 Organization and preparation of weekly , monthly & quarterly meetings, creation of support documents and follow up of such meeting;

3 Sales plan and targets preparation under the direction of the Retail Operations Director and in cooperation with the Store Managers;

4 Support the Retail Operations Director in the preparation of Budgets, Forecasts, Plans, feasibility assessments and any other analysis activity;

5 Monitor and order the supply of all uniforms and stationery for shop needs

6 Basic customer complaint handling

7 Collection of monthly report, payroll, trip application and expense forms needed to submit to Retail Operations Director

8 Others
● Build strong cross functional relationships within the organization
● Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
● College’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion retail industry, international brand experience a plus.
● Team-oriented & good collaborative ability with internal & external partners.
● Computer skills (MS Office) required.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
● A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skill.
● Strong ownership & passion for the brand.
● Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
