Responsibilities:

1. Assist to manage the operation of mold trial team and drive the mold trial team to achieve the KPI standard and make continuous improvement progress and assist to manage the operation of NPI room to meet the utilization requirements

2. Implement cross departmental communication and coordination to optimize the arrangement for mold trial, Process Development/Process validation (PD/PV) activities

3. Assist the Senior Engineer/TS Supervisor to drive, lead and coach the Engineers, Senior Foreman and Technicians to complete the assigned tasks in related to continuous improvement projects such as Kaizan, standardization etc., collaborate and participate in any other strategic projects such as Lean, Kaizan, boulders and Automation to help to achieve the company targets and provide technical support for implementation of the new technology related to injection molding process and secondary process

4. Execute and complete mold trial, injection molding and secondary process PD/PV activities on schedule and fulfill the quality requirements and complete all PD documents such as PD protocol, DOE reports, Confirmation Run reports, PD final reports and transfer package

5. Provide technical support to select molding machine for new molds and auxiliary equipment and evaluate their function to fulfill the product/mold requirements.

6. Provide technical support to Measurement center/QA/QC to perform product dimensions/cosmetic analysis and evaluation according to product drawings and specifications, to TTG and INJ to solve the injection molding process, and for evaluating mold trial for outsource molds in supplier’s plant to make sure that the molds can be transferred to RSZ for PD without function and cosmetic issues.

Requirements:

1. University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

2. At 5 year solid experiences working in a sizeable plastics injection molding factory.

3. Good at English reading, writing and speaking(preferable)

4. Good in soft skills such as communication, leadership, project management and coaching

5. Achieved the technical competencies at the required level preferable
