Position: IT Project Manager, Asia Pacific

Responsibilities:
Improve profitability of business through recommendation and management of technology and process improvements and productivity enhancement initiatives. Lead and implement an overall project environment conducive to good business practices, quality and cost improvements, multi-directional communications and acceptance of business objectives.
Work with other project managers, enterprise architect, and key stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and manage all processes areas, including resource plan and control, scope identification and control, project budget forecast and control, quality and risk controls, change management and make sure on-time delivery within budget constraints that will assure success of project goals and objectives.
Responsibility for the technical tower with a focus on RICE (Reporting, Integration, Conversions, Enhancements) development, app and development activity scheduling, cutover management, and configuration change coordination.
Effectively manage project team, varies from 10-30 people based on project scope, and accountable for deployment of appropriate team resources (internal and third party) to address project needs across the project lifecycle. Maintain positive employee relationships and communications with a diverse global project team, supporting a work culture of employee involvement and empowerment
Model and oversee effective change leadership throughout the global business to enable adoption of new business processes. Manage key stakeholders and include communication to all personnel, training of the global workforce, introduction of ideas and resources to inspire stakeholders and leadership in overcoming resistance to change.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor degree is required; Master degree is preferred.
Extensive project management knowledge is required.
Both PMP Certification and Six Sigma Certification are preferred.
At least 10 years experiences in related areas.
Large Oracle ERP implementation experience in a global company. Have broader knowledge of Oracle ERP functional side including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, order to cash, procurement to pay as well as technical side.
A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization. Ability to organize and work effectively with other project teams and departments participating in any project.
Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests while at the same time managing conflicting priorities and business interests. Demonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution and negotiating skills.
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with peers, stakeholders and senior leadership
Fluent English both in writing and speaking. Be Able to work effectively with global IT leaders to lead global teams from different regions.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally may be required as 25%-50%.
