岗位职责 Responsibilities
In this senior program manager role, you will be accountable for processes and the team that support the areas associated with Windows Azure in the Enterprise volume licensing programs.

This role has a high degree of visibility and requires someone with strong executive presence that can cross collaborate across a huge stakeholder community and has the impact and influence to deliver results in a very complex organization.


岗位要求 Requirements
1、Experience coordinating with many groups to successfully implement customer and partner impacting changes. Examples of such groups include product planning, engineering, business development, marketing, legal, WWLP, finance, compliance, the field, DPE, and CSS.
2、Experience in adjusting priorities, decisions, and actions to respond to multiple demands, unanticipated events, and new information
3、Leading teams of vendors, developing innovative and cost-efficient processes and tools that drive predictability and enable the business to scale.
4、Strong executive presence, particularly in dealing with customer-facing situations
5、Strong verbal and written communication skills
6、Strong core project management skills (scheduling, issue identification/resolution, risk mitigation, dependency management)
7、Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence others without direct authority, including the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to team members.
8、BS / BA degree
9、Prior experience in pricing, licensing and billing
10、Preferred:
? Prior Microsoft experience
? PMP
? MBA
