Responsibilities:
？1.Perform on-site inspection of electrical installations to assess the conformity against Chinese or International standards/codes
？2.Verify if existing electrical systems, including substation, HV/LV cabinet, distribution panels, cable trays, cabling and wiring system, etc., are operational and in line with applicable standards
？3.Identify and diagnose electrical defects or non-conformity,when necessary, with measurement devicesuch as infrared camera, etc.
？4.Provide electrical system technical consultancy, site inspection, testing witness for client projects
？5.Assess the maintenance work and safety condition of electrical system and electrical equipment
？6.Write audit/assessment report in Chinese and English
？7.Ensure proper project coordination/execution and maintain customer satisfaction
？8.Provide technical support to sales staff and contribute to business development
？9.Be involved in other IVS service, like MEP, HVAC, Fire Protection System, Lift inspection etc.

Requirements:
？1.Academic excellence in Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Automation.Bachelor degreeor above
？2.Not less than 5 years of experience in electrical engineering,site inspection/maintenance
？3.Good knowledge of relevant national regulations/standards/codes, such as GB 50052/50053/50054/50057/50303/50169/50601, DL/T664,JGJ16; knowledge of international codes like BS, IEC, JEC, VDE, FEM, NEC etc will be a plus
？4.Hands on experience in the field of Cabling (Power and Lighting) and Electrical Distribution system, Electrical Installations, Testing and commissioning of Electro-Mechanical Equipment, Experience in Low voltage control system network and safety devises
？5.Holding National Certification of Electrician preferred
？6.Proven strength in reporting and wording, with good PC skills in Word, Power point and Excel
？7.Good command of English
？8.Pleasing personality with good communication and coordination skills, high team spirit
？9.Highly self-motivated and can work under pressure
？10.Accept flexible working time, sometimes need to work at night
？11.Frequent travel and good heath required
