KEY SERVICES:

？ Lead crimping validation testing base on Asia business requirement;
？ Lead local die building base on AP business requirement;
？ Local die and tooling quality control;
？ Lead local die exploration and standardization;
？ Lead plant die center activity and WI improvement and standardization;
？ Close communication of crimping technology with Delphi other regions Warren.

QUALIFICATION:

？ University degree of Mechanical Engineering or above;
？ Over 5 years working experience in die and crimping;
？ Over 2 years supervisor experience;
？ Good communication skill both in Chinese and English;
？ Good coordinate skill;
？ Good computer skill of MS-office, Auto-CAD, solidworks, ect;
？ Willing to work under pressure;
？ Willing to work overtime;
？ Willing to have business trip.
