a. Summary of job contents


Responsible for supporting the application in key AMI focused sub-industries and key customers.




b. Key accountabilities




· Visit the AMI focused customers together with sales engineer, gather the project inputs and specification

· Provide technical conception and preliminary solution, with the support from Technical Support engineer

· For complex system solutions, bridge the inputs to Solution Engineering Center and follow up the progress

· Create AMI application success story cases, and spread into sales team by internal training and information sharing process




c. Knowledge/skills/experience


Technical University Degree (electrical, automation, mechatronics engineering preferably; selective mechanical engineer)

Electrical, automation, electrical, selected mechanical design for machine building or sales of a machine building company

At least 2-3 years experience

Rich application knowledge and experience in AMI industry is recommended

Technical background in the focus fields of Festo: Systems, Electric Drives, Pneumatic Drives, Vision, Sensors, Electric and Pneumatic Cabinets, Pre-Assemblies and Valve technology

Rich knowledge and application experience in the designing is preferred.

Experience in the AMI industry is recommended.
