MKT scientific Executive/ Supervisor(according to profile)
Job Responsibility
? Elaborate marketing tools with scientific educational content, according to the brand DNA and HQ guideline.
? Ensure and control a 360°diffusion of brand communication ( in store, on line, medical channel , event and PR).
? Facility the scientific communication to the clients through a good adaptation if HQ marketing tools’ content.
? Maintenance of branding and product information and content management, concept and develop the brand communication content strategy plan.
? Report and analyze the local communication content request and sent feedback to international marketing team.
? Daily surveillance of Bioderma extranet for information checking.
? Management of content translation: work closely with vendor for translation and need to validate the content with the help from different team Medical/training/digital /sales team.
? Work with marketing team for the corporate content management.
? Work with medical team for the product information and medical content management.
? Collaborate with digital marketing team to well organize the content and delivery to digital platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least three years working experience in pharmaceutical or medical field
- Experience in dermatology or biology field or derma-cosmetic industry will be a plus.
- Experience in international company is a plus
- Love cosmetics & health !
- Fluent English and Mandarin commands.
- Team work and detail oriented natures.
- Creativities with marketing sense.
- Be proactive and self-motivated
- Willing to challenge status-quo?
- Able to manage complexity; ?
- CET – 6 or IELTS 6.5
