Serve as data management owner for sales operation, including the data of customer, distributor, product, in-market sales, external market data etc.
Responsible to design, build and manage a scalable solution for mass data retaining, processing, management and analysis. The data scope includes customer, distributor, product, in-market sales, inventory, external market data etc.
Responsible for master data (customer/distributor/product/external market data) collection, check and maintenance in CRM system.
Responsible to provide reports and analysis on customer/sales/market data, to support sales operation / marketing analysis.
Responsible for process documentation, standard operation procedure development, and training material development, for covered work scope. Provide training and assistance to users as needed.
Work closely with IT team and vendor team to ensure sales operation process runs well in relevant systems, and to implement changes/enhancements following proper change management process.
Proactively seek improvement opportunities on existing practices/processes to better support business.
资历
Bachelor degree or above, major in IT/engineering/ is a plus
Experience in business intelligence(BI), data warehouse, data mining is a plus
Experience in sales operation or sales force effectiveness area is a plus
