RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. *Manage pricing and profitability for assigned product line and forecasts annual sales volume of assigned products.
2. * Work closely with sales team to analyze the target market, manage the development and introduction of new products and services within assigned product group.
3. * Be responsible for product marketing strategy countrywide and make sure the execution is successful, and establish right channel so that sales force and manufacturing/engineering support obtains new business in targeted markets.
4. *Conduct product/sales skills training and seminars; provides written articles for newsletters and publications as requested and appropriate.
5. *Travel to key accounts and directly assists sales force at all levels in the sales and promotions of products; documents on-site customer problems and assists sales force in the resolution of those problems.
6. *Drives culture change to instill focus on Lean Enterprise and continuous process improvements throughout the Company.
7. Work closely with operation, especially quality & manufacturing to ensure effective and efficient product complaint management process.
8. *Maintain contact, provides direction and assistance to all sales channels.
9. *Prepare forecast and operating budgets for assigned product group.
10. *Evaluate technical merits of company acquisitions as requested.
11. *Review, evaluate and specify correct products for requests for proposal (RFP).
12. *Promote Martin engineering solutions directly to decision-makers in target industry.
13. *Analyze product/service improvement opportunities; works with service and technical personnel in developing new ideas and innovations to meet ever changing customer needs; write and updates assigned sales manuals.
14. *Develop presentation and materials to promote Martin as a world-class resource; reviews marketing and promotional correspondence; guides trade show and advertising efforts.
15. Attend trade shows, company and industry related meetings as requested.
16. Establish individual and team goals, which are aligned with the Company's business strategies and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical related.
2. 8+ years of prior work related experience.
3. Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
4. Fluent English skill is a must.
