我们的客户是总部位于香港、并于香港上市的大型的化工集团公司，也是中国最大的化工制造商之一。集团核心业务包括溶剂、涂料及润滑油三大类。
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: 工业漆副总裁
Subordinates: 约20
Responsible Areas 管辖区域:
华东、华南、华北区域工程机械涂料的销售团队建设、销售渠道建设、销售费用控制、销售目标达成及日常管理。后期根据发展情况，将华西区域并入，形成全国工程机械涂料营销。
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 负责销售计划制订、销售指标分解，销售计划执行、客户运营情况的把控，定期形成报告反馈上司；
2. 督导与支持团队的业务开展、信贷与应收款控制、品牌推广与宣传，控制销售费用，提高销售利润；
3. 了解竞争对手的情况；了解客户最新动态，巩固客户；视需要参与拜访客户工作，了解下属工作困难，寻求解决办法；
4. 根据公司政策审批新产品报价及旧产品价格调整；
5. 合理平衡客户需求，根据公司后勤系统政策及条件，加强销售、发货预测与计划管理；
6. 重视客户投诉，协调部门及资源作快速反应；
7. 重视团队管理及客户资源管理，打造公司品牌标签的销售团队与客户市场。
Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销类或相关专业（专业要求不严格）；
2. 八年以上工程机械涂料营销及管理经历，至少四年工程机械涂料领域同等岗位工作经历；
3. 熟悉工程机械涂料市场，深谙工程机械涂料产品、运作平台及市场开拓规则；
4. 善于组建与带领销售团队，指导团队开展工程机械漆进行市场开拓；
5. 为人正直，善于沟通，敏锐的市场洞察力；
6. 良好的职业操守；
7. 熟悉OFFICE工具的操作，能自行制作EXCEL报表以及PPT报告，有一定的英语基础者优先。
