Sales Support Executive

In this entry level position based in Shanghai Xuhui District and reporting to our Global Planning Manager, you are mainly tasked to:
? Input our local and worldwide projects information into our internal system;
? Reporting on Sales from the CRM system
? Follow up with the invoicing of our projects
? Prepare, translate and update service proposals and contracts based on the appropriate templates;
? Support and update sales presentation material and PPT;
? Timely and accurately update relevant sales contract lists of all own 15 Business Units and follow
? Update and maintain the accuracy of the CRM System;
? Assist Global Planning and other Business Support departments when ever needed;

You bring to this position a detail-oriented disposition, good analytical skills that you support by:
? Bachelor Degree or above in Administration, Business, Law, Logistics field;
? At least two years work experience in a support function in an international company
? Proficiency in written and spoken English
