职位描述
Business Need / Purpose of Role:
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects as measured by schedule, budget, deliverable quality and customer satisfaction performance measures. The PM actively supports sales, estimating, planning, mobilization, execution and successful closure of projects. During the project life cycle, the PM communicates status with regular frequency, manages risks and issues, and monitors financial performance versus the budget.

? Lead the planning and execution of project
? Define project tasks and resource requirements
? Develop full scale project plans, schedules, and timelines
? Manage and track project budget
? Manage project resource allocation
? Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
? Provide direction and support to project team members
? Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
? Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
? Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Measurements:
? Project deliverable on time rate
? Project deliverable quality
? Project spending versus budget
? customer satisfaction

Education and/or Experience:
? University degree in business, engineering is required
? 8 - 10 years of project management experience in manufacturing company, prefer plant environment
? Must have managed projects through the entire project lifecycle, from mobilization to closure
? Must have had full financial accountability for delivering projects with a budget in excess of $1M
? Demonstrated ability to think and work systematically and logically
? Proven experience and skills in customer facing activities including status reporting, scope change, risks and issues management
? Willingness to travel
Language Skills:
? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
? Proficient in English communication
Reasoning Ability:
? Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Computer Skills:
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
? PMP certification is preferred
Work Environment:
? Business office with computers and printers, light traffic
