With a presence in more than 120 countries, our geographic footprint virtually mirrors the dental market. This position is located within DENTSPLY Prident located in Shanghai, PRC.
We are searching for an experienced Dental Laboratory Production Manager who will be responsible for managing the production operations of the Prident laboratory facility in Shanghai. Reporting to the site General Manager, the Lab Production Manager will oversee a workforce of trained technicians and direct all production, quality control and logistics operations ongoing in the lab facility. The Production Manager will also interact with international customers and frequently communicate with customer service and sales professionals working in the US.
To be considered you must have at least 10 years experience managing in a large dental laboratory and have supervised dental production processes for porcelain crowns, bridges and dentures. Experience with CAD CAM used in dental applications as well as logistics, logistical planning and quality control techniques used in dental laboratories are essential. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient with English.
