Job Summary:
As the owner of 3M CSD OEM portfolio marketer, he or she will maintain and drive the business growth through conducting market survey & analysis, initiating NPI for new opportunity breakthrough, and designing appropriate marketing programs under limited supervision etc. He or she also need to lead & drive cross-functional team during projects for new product introduction and marketing program execution.

PS: OEM market means functional film product business in industrial market especially in container, train, heavy machine etc.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market survey for commercial care products in related markets and analyze survey results; Recognize and collect new business opportunities, VOC and VOM to develop market plan for specific products and applications.
- Initiate and lead the NPI projects to enhance commercial care products portfolio; execute program management by working with multifunctional teams (Sales, Technical Supports, R&D, MFG, and Sourcing).
- Develop marketing strategy in OEM market based on the survey results independently.
- Develop sales promotion plans, monitor the implementation and assess the result; Execute price management for new product pricing and portfolio price/value positioning.
- Develop and execute marketing communication programs to enhance customer intimacy and support sales activities.
- Coordinate with supply chain function to avoid any logistics issues regarding the inventory, goods delivery, etc.
- Establish, manage and organize trainings, seminars, forums and social media platforms, to help channel partners improve product knowledge, learn specific skills, share market information and feedback concerns or suggestions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by marketing department manager.
- Annual sales objective supported.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemical related field highly preferred.
- 5+ years related working experience on marketing function in multinational company in related industry; Portfolio management experience is MUST requirement.
- Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability;
- Solid problem solving skills;
- Excellent coordination and communication skills;
- Excellent English communication skill both in written and oral;
- Good PC skills, esp. on Excel and PowerPoints.
- 10%~15% working time on travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid experiences in field marking or KA penetration.
- Background in PVC or adhesive strongly desired.
- Train or heavy machine industry experience will be a big plus.
