Key Areas of Responsibility
Clusters:
• Acting as member of and supporting the Indirect Materials & Services Clusters;
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stake holders;
• Participating (supporting) in purchasing/improveme​nt​ projects;
• Identification of improvements;
• Acting as a focal point with Infosys TSSC
Operational support:
• Performs day-to-day operations under active guidance of Procurement Sourcing Service Center Manager APAC
• Processing shopping carts and vendor creation forms;
• Generating management reporting as a basis for further action within the Clusters;
• Track and report performance metrics;
• Spend analysis;
• Savings reporting;
• Share point maintenance;
• e-Catalogue maintenance;
• Maintaining hygiene factor within the systems and processes;
Support projects/initiatives
• Perform tasks as assigned by respective project (initiative) leader/manager;
• Provide required reporting and monitoring which helps measuring project progress
Profile
• Bachelor or Master degree
• Two plus years experience in sourcing and procurement
• Fluent English (additional language is a plus)
• Communication skills and Customer attitude
• Team work
• Knowledge on programs and systems, e.g. ERP, MS Office, sourcing tools, etc
• Knowledge on the organizational set up and way of working
• In-depth knowledge of related purchasing tools and processes
• Understanding of the Philips business and the purchasing process and function (in Philips)
• Self driven and pro-active, able to work independently also in virtual environment
• Basic project management skills
• Strong execution skills
• Analytical skills
