岗位职责:

1. Support CIU Manager on coordinating or conducting marketing research projects initiated locally or from Maison :
a. Collaborating with agencies to ensure project execution and report delivery
b. Liaising with Maison on various global research projects to ensure local input and project quality

2. Support CIU manager in translating and leverage research finding to business action
a. Mainly tracking, segmentation, establishment survey and etc.
b. Liaise with sales planning team in using market share data as an foundation for marketing strategic planning

3. Desk research on Macroeconomic, industry trend, luxury trend and consumer trend to prepare quarterly update for internal circulation.

4. Support CIU manager in strategic projects including in including market prioritization, cluster strategy etc. Project various by request.
a. Utilizing the current internal data and external data resources.

5. Other ad-hoc projects required by CIU manager

任职资格:

? University Degree
? Excellent written & spoken English & Chinese
? 4-5 years’ professional experience in a multi-national research agency;
? Quantitative background preferred. Client side experience is a plus.
? Competent with MS-Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
? Comfort with numbers and numerical information
? Good time and project management ability
? Attention to details is a must
? Independent thinker and problem solver - able to and comfortable in performing given tasks with limited supervision
? Excellent in communication skills with internal and external functions in order to facilitate completion of projects and tasks.
? Ability to work after hours.
? Diligence towards and accountability for own performance
? Team player, willing to chip in beyond job description when necessary
