-As for our Sales team in Guangzhou, we are looking for a sales manager.
What are my responsibilities?
-1.Be responsible for daily business management and distrbutor management to achieve strong position and market share target in WA market.
-负责当地开关面板市场的商务运营，分销商管理，达到业绩指标和市场占有率目标
2.Be responsible for local office, deal with all WA business and develop new distributor in province.
-负责当地办公室及当地业务，积极开拓省内新分销商
3.Work together with distributor to develop and follow up WA business to achieve defined OR/TO target.
-与分销商一起合作以达成业务指标
-Contacts:1.Internal Contacts: WA regional manager; BD/MKT/PM
-内部关系网：区域经理，市场经理， 产品经理
2.External Contacts: RS developers, contractors, WA distributor…
-外部关系网： 合同促销员，分销商人员
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.Over 5 years experience in construction materials field,working experience in switches and sockets is preferred
-5年以上家装建材行业经验，熟悉开关面板优先
2.high School or equivalent education background, major in electric or marketing is preferred.
-高中以上学历，有电工或市场教育背景优先
3.Good understanding and learning ability;Good communication skill;
-善于学习，善于沟通
4.Basic English& PC skill (MS office)
-基本的英语，计算机技能

-The Siemens Low and Medium Voltage Division serves the entire product, system, and solution business for the power distribution infrastructure of public utilities, municipal utilities, and industrial facilities. The Division is responsible for providing reliable power supply equipment for conventional and regenerative power plants as well as intelligent, compact switching stations for distribution networks in metropolitan and rural areas. In addition, the Division supplies energy-efficient solutions for the integration of renewable energy and energy storage in the grid.
