职位描述：
1．接听电话，接待客户，转发传真。
2．报销各项行政费用，租金，管理费，活动费等。
3．办公室日常设备维护，如射灯，打印机/复印机，大小会议室。
4．订水，订饭，订住房，订机票，订文具、订名片等预定工作及报销。
5．德祥联系表的定期更新。
6．午餐的统计和报销工作。
7．快递的跟踪和费用的月底对帐及报销工作。
8．组织运动会及春游等活动。
9.市场部资料整理。
10．配合主管完成一些工作。

职位要求：
1．专业不限，学历大专以上
2．较强的沟通能力，有礼貌，笑容亲切
3．务实细致主动的工作态度，良好的协调能力，较强的责任心
4．熟练掌握Excel优先
5．英语良好，达到CET4优先
