Reports to: Technical Solution Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Technical Solution Consultant will be responsible for developing and communicating the detailed REM solutions in Telecom, Hotel, Eco-city as well as retail segment. The Technical Solution Consultant will include detailed architectural solution for target segment market as well as detailed technical proposal definition.
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Building up prescription of target segments technical solution for REM, prepare pre-sales support on key account or project
· Prepare the Document detailed value propositions that the current solution can offer
· Identify existing REM solution gaps, analysis the gaps and map them to generic features and functionalities
· Optimize technical document the future feature and functionality list
· Develop a clear set of architectural drawings that can be used by sales teams to demonstrate the full solution for the segment of the market
· Research complementary products and build prototype integration scenarios
· Build demonstrations of the most common requested solutions for target segment
SPECIFIC ISSUES
· Based in West city
· Working in a matrix organization
· Travel frequently
POSITION OF THE JOB IN THE ORGANISATION
INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
· Communications
· Provide input to marketing communications and technical support.
· Develop material for speaking events when required
· Provide training for Sales and Pre-Sales on the segment solutions when required
· Provide project guide to project execution team if required
EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
· Pre-Sales
· Provide pre-sales support to the Sales Executives for related business unit.
· Provide pre-sales support to Sales/BD when they are engaged in sales activity
· Provide pre-sales support to SE other solution team for strategic accounts.

Experience required :
· 5+ years experience in Information Management System or Automation control software
· Basic IT knowledge
· Track record in solution architecture or solution prescription
· Technical document drafting
Languages :
Excellent English skill, both in oral and written
