BASIC FUNCTION
Review and audit sample vouchers to prepare SSC performance metrics file. Document historical SSC policies.maintenance and SOP documentation. Assist manager to manage corporate facility.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Responsible for SSC metrics tracking. Review and audit metrics results.
？ Responsible for SSC policy maintenance to ensure SSC policy are most up-to-date and fitting business needs, according to standard procedure and format.
？ Responsible for SSC SOP documentation, according to standard procedure and format.

？ Assist manager to manage corporate facility.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervisory Relationships:
? Reports to Finance Manger- Project, who is based in Shanghai, on a solid line basis.

Internal & External Business Relationships:
? Frequent contacts with SSC process owners
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualified accountants with a BS/BA degree required.

2. At least 3 years relevant experience in public accounting and/or industry, some of which with major multinationals

3. SAP or equivalent ERP system knowledge

4. Familiar with share service process and policy

5. Excellent interpersonal skill

6. Time management skill

7. Fluent in English.
