Accountabilities:

E-commerce channel:
? Assist to develop, coordinate and implement e-retailers marketing strategies and annual plan with sales team to ensure the achievement of agreed objectives;
? Conduct regular, monthly, business review to identify growth potential and area for improvement, which insights based on e-platform solutions to further develop business;
? Collaborate with agency to develope-POSM including banners, page, content, etc.
? Track the e-retail eco system include pricing, promotion mechanism, technology and shopper trend
? Track A&P spending and sales achievement
? Manage and track the POSM
? Manage the document/filing

Assist Off trade channel:
? Support seasonal promotion in NKA
? Promoter management
? POSM management
? Budget and execution quality tracking
? Document and filing
? Data analysis


Requirements:
? 3 years Ecommerce related working experience in Tmall and E-retailer is a must. Better fromFMCG industry.
? Breadth of experience across Ecommerce /Trade / Channel Marketing an advantage
? Experience in Commercial Planning & Project Management skill
? Strong Category Management experience with Modern Trade Customers
? Self-motivated, responsive and tenacious & high degree of personal integrity
? Skills dealing with data, excel, effective communication using creative design, copy writing, social media communication etc.
? Good command of English and Chinese
? Team work spirit with ability to multi-tasks
