Functional Description
Job Functions
· Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company.
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
· Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team.
· Create and maintain good relationship with customers.
· According to sales target, work out sales strategy and sales budget in the specific business area of the specific region. After review and approve by the management, carry out the qualitative and quantitative tasks in respect of policies and the authority assigned.
· Monitor account receivable balance on a monthly basis; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms in order to help manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.
· Maintain good relationship with dealers, design institute, consulting firms, and authorities.
Qualification and Experience
· Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Business/Marketing.
· Minimum 5-8 years sales experience in the field of industrial products.
· Familiar with industry market in East China.
· Water treatment industry working experience is preferred
Skills and Personal Attributes
· Foreign capital working experience is preferred.
· Good command of English, Both oral & written.
· Excellent negotiation kills.
· Ability to work independently
· Aggressive
· Result driven
· Team player
· Customer driven
· Able to solve problems
· Good listener
· High ego needs
· Willing to travel extensively
