Job Summary：
Manage purchasing orders, handling inbound procedure; make sure on time delivery to meet product launch plan. To interface with internal functions, including sales/ retail/ marketing/ warehouse/ procurement/ FIN

MAIN DUTIES：
?Purchase order management (Manage order data, B2B/CSV order release, order confirm and production follow up)
?Order master data maintenance and update in ERP, and order file hard copy file managing
?Bulk goods inspection & testing arrangement and follow up, testing report filing and testing standard update to vendor.
?Bulk goods hangtag & care label review before mass production
?Shipping schedule confirm and management, bulk goods tracking
?Inbound planning and management, on time delivery to catch launch plan
?Import and export handling, experience in handling importing from ASEAN will be a plus
?Bulk goods shortage issue solving and claim following up
?Costing saving and costing control.
?Vendor and supplier management and performance improvement.
?Statements and bill checking with different suppliers and foreign currency & VAT invoice
?Payment and tracking.
?Other task assigned by line manager

REQUIREMENTS：
?College graduate or above. Major in International trading preferred
?Over 3 years related experience
?Familiar with Supply Chain knowledge
?Familiar with textile product GB testing
?Think comprehensively
?Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especial excel
?Experience in ERP system would be a plus
?Good presentation and communication skills
?Good command in English
?Customer focus, integrity, accountability for result, detail-oriented, data sensitivity, team work player with strong communication and positive working attitude
?Earnest, Reliable, able to work under pressure
